Dear Families, Friends, Professionals, and Community Members,
As we welcome back our children, families, and community to a safer year, Parents’ Place wants to share with you that we are moving closer to In-person service delivery.
As of July 2022, many of our support groups have been meeting in person. Our teens and young adults support groups are out in the community, making friends, socializing, and having fun again. Our center was full of happy faces as we welcomed the 0-5 Play to Learn workshop into our center once again.
The Parents’ Place team was very excited to see our families and professionals finally in person. We’re gradually moving passed the remote virtual world, to a more personal in-person life where we can build relationships and safely continue to meet the needs of our families.
Parents’ Place continues to provide, in collaboration with our SG/PRC, Personal Protective Equipment, (PPE) for families with children with special needs.
Please visit our website for current information and an updated Calendar of Events at www.parentspalcefrc.com.
Now, more than ever, we need to be cautious and not let our guard down to protect our loved ones when we are out in the community.   Please reach out or visit our office for full articles with tips on protecting our families from COVID, heat, and the Monkey Pox.
You can also contact our local County Department of Public Health for a more, guidance, and resources on various topics related to; COVID, Masks, Covid-19 vaccinations, and community resources.

Also, we thank LA Regional Food Bank for the donation of 600 food boxes and to all our volunteers who make our everyday mission successful and worthwhile. We could not do this without all your help.
